I've Got A Sectret Bearded Iris
This morning I delivered a load of bearded iris and daylilies up to the Texas Hill Country Garden Club garage and plant sale, this Sat. March 28th. I know that they are pricing them very reasonably and they have a good selection! With finally getting some rain in the area, it is time to start getting those plants into the ground for a good bloom period. Their sale will be in the Whispering Hills Subdivision, the cross streets are Yorksire and Gainsborough. It is a great group of people of varying gardening expertise who get together and share information and the love of gardening (some good food too!). If you are in the Hill Country (just north of San Antonio by Spring Branch) you should swing by and check them out. They also do a number of community projects throughout the year.
